Pumpkin Cake

 (Bethany’s Favorite)

1 large can pumpkin                            1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs                                                  1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup sugar                                          1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger                               ½ teaspoon allspice


Mix together,  Pour into 9 X 13 pan.  Sprinkle 1 yellow cake mix over the top.   Melt 1 ½ cubes margarine and pour evenly over top.  Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
