1 Pkg. Graham Crackers 1/3
cup Sugar
8 Tbs Butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla
8 oz cream cheese 1/3 cup lemon juice
Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted
butter. Press into pie pan. Cool in fridge. Beat together softened cream cheese and
milk. Mix in lemon juice and
vanilla. Pour into shell. Cool several hours then serve.
