10 lbs potatoes 1
½ lb hamburger
6 to 8 cups white sauce salt
and pepper
Cheese
Peel and slice potatoes.
Brown hamburger and drain. Make
white sauce and mix into hamburger. Layer
in 9 X 13 pans in layers of potatoes, hamburger and sauce) cheeses, and salt
and pepper. Cover with extra white
sauce. Bake covered at 350 for 30
min. Uncover and cook for additional
hour.
